Preparation

READY TO EAT. JUST THAW AND SERVE OR HEAT AS FOLLOWS:

Thaw under refrigerated conditions (0 to 4ºC), heat and/or serve required portion. Recommended heating instruction (from thawed): place required portion on a pre-heated flat-top, grill until golden brown, turning frequently.

HEAT THOROUGHLY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165ºF (74ºC).
