Preparation
Cook from frozen. Convection oven: Preheat oven to 400 °F (204 °C). Place frozen katsu on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Heat for 16-18 minutes, turning halfway. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 425 °F (218 °C). Place frozen katsu on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Heat for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.Air Fryer: Preheat to 400 °F (204 °C). Place frozen katsu in basket (single layer). Cook for 13-15 minutes, flipping halfway. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
