Try our new crispy breaded chicken thigh. Made using fresh, never frozen boneless thigh meat. Crispy golden brown coating on the outside, tender juicy chicken on the inside. Ideal for use in Sandwiches, Rice & Noodle Bowls, Salads and all center of the plate dishes.

Ingredients

Chicken leg meat, water, enriched wheat flour, soybean oil, modified tapioca starch, salt, tapioca starch, sugar, white pepper, ginger paste, sodium tripolyphosphate, corn starch, rice flour, spice extracts, soy sauce powder (Soy sauce [soybean, wheat, salt], maltodextrin, salt), egg powder, leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), dextrose, palm oil shortening, skim milk powder,  garlic powder, onion powder, guar gum.

Preparation

COOK FROM FROZEN
1  Deep fry at 350°F (180°C) for 4 - 5 minutes
2  Combi oven bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12 - 14  minutes (100% dry heat), turning halfway

HEAT THOROUGHLY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F (75°C).  INDIVIDUAL APPLIANCES VARY; THESE ARE GUIDELINES ONLY.
