Our Breaded Mini Fillets are made using 100% fresh, never frozen chicken breast inner fillet.  We hand cut each piece to ensure consistent piece shape and size.  Coated in a crispy but light breading, our Mini Fillets are a delicious and versatile menu item.  Fully cooked, this product is extremely easy and versatile to use.

Chicken, water, rice starch, salt, maltodextrin, sodium phosphate, spices and spice extracts [garlic, black pepper, white pepper], hydrolysed soy protein, yeast extract, flavour, in a coating of enriched wheat flour, water, corn starch, modified tapioca starch, salt, spices and spice extracts, garlic, onion, sodium phosphate, maltodextrin, dextrose, yeast extract, palm oil, flavour, hydrolysed soy protein, guar gum, xanthan gum, sodium carbonate. Browned in soybean oil.

Preparation

COOK FROM FROZEN

1 Deep fry at 350°F (177°C) for 3-4 minutes

2 Convection oven at 400°F (204°C) for 10-12 minutes
