Our Karaage is Japanese inspired breaded chicken leg meat. We use 100% fresh, never frozen chicken leg meat. We hand cut and trim each piece to ensure consistent piece shape and size. Coated in a golden brown, crispy breading, our Karaage is seasoned with a traditional Japanese marinade. A unique product that is succulent and delicious.
Chicken leg meat, Water, Enriched wheat flour, Modified tapioca starch, Salt, Tapioca starch, Sugar, White pepper, Ginger paste, Sodium tripolyphosphate, Corn starch, Rice flour, Spice extracts, Soy sauce powder (soy sauce [soybean, wheat, salt], maltodextrin, salt), Egg powder, Leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), Dextrose, Palm oil shortening, Skim milk powder, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Guar gum, Soybean oil.

COOK FROM FROZEN
1 Deep fry at 350°F (177°C) for 2 ½ to 3 minutes
2 Combi oven bake at 425°F (218°C) and reheat pieces for 7 to 8 minutes, turning halfway
