Our Hot & Spicy Steamed Broiler Wings are made using fresh, never frozen chicken wings.  We use a custom spicy marinade to enhance the natural flavor and juiciness of our chicken wings.  The steam cooked process locks in the natural juices and flavor of our chicken wings.  Serve as is or add a signature dipping sauce or dry seasoning.

Ingredients

Chicken wing sections (wing drumettes, winglets), Water, Salt, Corn starch, Spices, Soy protein isolate, Sugars (sugar, corn dextrose), Onion and garlic powder, Sodium phosphate, Carrageenan, Flavours, Hydrolyzed corn protein, Spice extracts, Autolyzed yeast extract.

Preparation

COOK FROM FROZEN

1 Deep fry at 350°F (177°C) for 4 minutes 

2 Conventional oven cook at 425°F (218°C) for 12-14 minutes, then broil on HIGH for 6 minutes

3 Combi Oven bake at 450°F (232°C) for 10-12 minutes
