Fresh broiler chicken breast is deboned, cut by hand into pieces and lightly seasoned. The seasoned pieces are lightly coated in a crispy tempura style batter, par-fried, fully cooked and individually quick frozen. These fully cooked golden brown pieces average 22.5 g per piece.

Preparation

COOK FROM FROZEN

1 Deep fry at 350°F (177°C) for 3 to 4 minutes

2 Preheat conventional oven to 400°F (204°C) and reheat for 10 to 12 minutes

HEAT THOROUGHLY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F (74°C). INDIVIDUAL APPLIANCES VARY; THESE ARE GUIDELINES ONLY.
