Karaage is Japanese inspired fried breaded chicken leg meat. Fresh broiler chicken leg is deboned by hand, cut into pieces and lightly seasoned with a Japanese inspired marinade. The seasoned pieces are hand breaded, par fried, fully cooked and individually quick frozen. These fully cooked crispy golden chunks average 20 g/piece.

COOK FROM FROZEN
1 Deep fry at 350°F (177°C) for 2 ½ to 3 minutes
2 Combi oven bake at 425°F (218°C) and reheat pieces for 7 to 8 minutes, turning halfway
