Breaded Fully Cooked Seasoned Chicken Mini Fillets

Fresh broiler chicken breasts are deboned by hand. The Inner fillet (tender) is separated from the breast, tendon clipped and cut by hand into 3 strips. The pieces are lightly seasoned, hand coated in a Southern-style breading, par-fried, fully cooked and individually quick frozen. The pieces have a natural random shape resembling a small chicken finger and average 25 g per piece.

Browned in soybean oil.

COOK FROM FROZEN
1 Deep fry at 350°F (177°C) for 3-4 minutes
2 Convection oven at 400°F (204°C) for 10-12 minutes
