Fresh broiler chicken breasts are deboned by hand, marinated, oven-roasted and chilled before being cut by hand into strips with an average length of  2.5 cm (1″). The cooked strips are then individually quick frozen and carefully screened to remove small and oversized pieces ensuring consistent appearance and weights.
