Preparation
Combi-Oven (Steam): Use 100% steam only.
Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C) Place sealed pouches on rack, parchment-lined pan, or shallow water bath. Heat for 20-22 minutes or until 165°F (74°C)is reached. Carefully remove pouch and let stand for 2 minutes before opening. Pouch will be hot.
Boil in Pouch
Carefully transfer sealed pouch to boiling water in pot or kettle. Leave space for water displacement. Heat for 10-12 minutes or until 165°F (74°C) is reached. Carefully remove pouch and let stand for 2 minutes before opening. Pouch will be hot.
Microwave
Cut or tare pouch and transfer contents to a microwave/oven-safe container. Cover and Heat for 3-4 minutes or until 165°F (74°C) is reached. Do not microwave pouch.
